I found this really cool software over the internet which claims to install a
sidebar as you have in Win Vista on your Windows XP !
So Here Im Posting this stuff for all the readers of FunFilledBlog readers !
Now you can have the famous Windows Vista Sidebar for your Windows XP.
All you have to do is to download the file and follow these instructions carefully:
Downloaded a total of 155 times
Download the rar file and extract its contents to a folder on your PC
- First close any open programs
- Open and install folder 1 XP
- Open and install folder 2 KB940541 update
- Open folder 3 look for file: Sidebar.inf, right click and choose install
- wait for installation and reboot.
- You can download the official gadgets from Microsoft website.
Install the Gadget Extractor.msi so that you can install new gadgets which you download from Microsoft website
That’s it now you’ll have the original Windows Vista Sidebar running on your xp ! Enjoy
